Exclusions
If you have internal channels, teammates or bots that you don't want included in your Blaze CRM and analytics, you can use our exclusions functionality to remove them. To do this:
- Go to settings by clicking on the top right settings icon
- Click top right icon to get into settings
- Go to the exclusions tab
- Add any channels or members whose data you don't want to include
- Click update to save these settings
Exclusion settings will persist until you update them
