If you have internal channels, teammates or bots that you don't want included in your Blaze CRM and analytics, you can use our exclusions functionality to remove them. To do this:
  • Go to settings by clicking on the top right settings icon
  • Click top right icon to get into settings
  • Go to the exclusions tab
  • Add any channels or members whose data you don't want to include
  • Click update to save these settings
Exclusion settings will persist until you update them
