User profiles
Our user profiles allow you to get the full context of a user's experience.
In particular, you can click on any community member from any members table and see:
- past Discord messages in the last 15 days
- sentiment associated with these messages
- cumulative number of messages sent in the last 15 days
- cumulative number of channels a user has been active in the last 15 days
This can help you:
- ensure support agents or moderators can quickly gain user context as they converse with community members.
- more easily identify new moderators or ambassadors who are aligned with your company's brand.
To check out a user profile:
- Click on a row in the table
