You can also see topics and the sentiment associated with given topics through Blaze word clouds, which can be found at the bottom of the sentiment tab.

Red topics indicate your users feel negatively towards this part of your product or service, while green indicates positivity. This is based on getting the average sentiment score of all recent messages that have a given topic.

Click on a topic to get take to all the messages associated with those topics.
