Weekly Summary: This measures weekly messages, weekly average sentiment, weekly members and top user of the week

Historical Summary: A summary of the messages over time, members over time, daily member changes, active members over time and percentage of active members members over time

Discord, Engagement tab

Active member retention: This displays how many new Discord members join in any time period, as well as how many of these members continue to be active in the time periods after they join. The first column shows how many new members joined in the period. Each column after shows how many of those member were active or sent at least 1 message in the time periods after. Higher percentages mean higher retention and activation rates. Active member retention helps measure the quality of new community members that come in from any campaign.

Member retention: This shows how many new Discord members joined in any time period. Each column after shows how many of those member stayed in the server in the time periods after. Higher percentages mean higher retention. This includes users who may not have ever sent a message or verified themselves, so Member retention is a lot higher than the Active member retention.

You can change the time period by clicking the 3 dots icon on the top right of tabs with charts.
