🗒ī¸How segments work

Segments help you create audiences based on your ideal customer profile. There are different types of segments that one can create on Blaze.

1) Curated Segments: These are pre-populated segments that have been hand-crafted by the Blaze team based on popular filters and web3 categories. Learn more.

2) Saved Segments: These are segments that are created from the Segment Creation tab or have been created using the create segment button from an existing segment

  • Twitter & LinkedIn:

    • Segment Creation Tab: Create and save segments using the Segment Creation tab. Once created, they're stored under 'Saved Segments' in the Segments tab.

    • Existing Segments: Create segments using filters on existing segments like Uploaded, Curated, Pre-Built, and Saved segments.

  • Telegram:

    • Similar to Twitter and LinkedIn, Telegram segments can be created and managed using the Segment Creation tab and from existing segments with various filters.

  • Discord:

    • Discord segments are primarily created from Pre-Built segments.

3) Community Segments: These segments refer to the pre-populated segments created from social integrations

  • Twitter:

    • Contains a list of the followers of the twitter account integrated

  • Discord: Pre Built discord segments include the following audiences

    • All Members: Contains the list of members from the discord server integrated on Blaze

    • High Repetition Members: Contains the list of members from the discord server whose engagement score is high

    • Churned Members: Contains the list of members who have churned out from the discord server

    • At Risk Members: Contains the list of members who are the risk of churning out from the discord server

4) Uploaded Segments: These are segments that are uploaded by the user manually. You can upload a csv or enter the a list of audiences in a comma separated format.
